Need details on TestRail API rate limit

The TestRail API documentation mentioned, "The API is rate limited for TestRail Hosted, so if you plan to submit many concurrent requests to the API, a local installation might work better."

I would like to get more details on the rate limiting characteristics to determine whether we can continue with the hosted model or to go with a local installation.
