embed and render webpage into a custom field

Hi

We're wanting to reference an external database that hold verbose results of a test case.
We can currently add a link to the custom field.. buth this requires the user to press and then goto that webpage.

so we would like to know if you have go a UI script that allow the render of webpages if it finds html.

This way the use does not need to launch extra pages... one stop shop .
