Need help converting excel to xml and import into Testrail

I'm working for company called 'Teachscape' and we are using Testrail for Testcase management. I do have some test cases in excel format. I need to convert the excel files to xml and import into Testrail. Tried to do using quite a few online documentations but didn't work:(
