TFS referencing

Hi,
Following on from this thread, is there a way to input a TFS ID into the 'Reference' field, but have the test case display the TFS 'Title' field instead of the ID when saved?
That is:
When creating the TR test case, the TFS ID is added to the reference box.
When the test case is saved, I would like the title of the referenced TFS bug/requirement/issue/task/etc.. to be displayed as a link instead of the TFS ID
