Are there any hotkeys to add a new step to a test case (I am using the "structured test steps" configuration)?  I’ve searched the forums and have seen several requests for this functionality (some dating back to 2012) so am hoping that this is a feature that has made it into the release that I’m currently demoing...it would certainly make creating all of our tests much more bearable.

In this email there is currently the link to the test run and the project.

Is it somehow possible to display the comment that can be entered in the assignment dialog in this notification mail ?

Hi,  We are new to Testrail and have a need to export test cases so our clients can review them.  We do not want them directly in Testrail.

The xml export produces an non-styled data format.  Does anyone know of a good xml to html converter or have another solution?

Having the xml export produce reports that can display in a browser would be a great feature.

We end up exporting to excel, but that takes a lot of formatting and customization of the spreadsheet to get it 'user' readable.

Currently I am using the steps example to migrate (since I am using steps_separated) but I would like to customise it so that I can add a main step for my test case an a main expected result.

Is there a way to archive/close multiple test plans in one step?

I have multiple projects that have the same milestone.  Is there a way of grouping all projects in one milestone view?  or at least generate 1 report that lists all the projects that have the same milestone so I can see the progress of all projects at the same time?

I should have my reports dir permissioned correctly.  Attachments works fine the difference I see is reports is trying to create a Directory while attachments does not.  This is on CentOS

When I try to generate a TestRail report I get

The markdown in test suite section titles doesn't have good sizing between headings and bolded texts.  This may be due to the existing CSS for h1,h2,h3,etc elements... but it makes for a strange appearance.

My combination of Gherkin and TestRail looks like this (I use seperated steps without expected results):

Step 2 =   When I fill out the register form:

Can you please confirm that I cannot easily setup SmartInspect with Delphi, so that each *.exe or *.dll bundled together into a single functional application, can log into a same log (.sil) file.
If I want this, I'll need to setup "SmartInspect Router" (http://blog.gurock.com/postings/smartin … outer/331/) for each client where the application is installed.

My company just upgraded to testrail 4.0.3. Prior to testrail 4, when selecting test cases for a test run, you would see a list of all test cases. Now it seems to only show test cases per section. Is there any way to change this view? This is a blocker for my company, and we will need to roll back if we cannot see a list of all test cases when putting together a test run.

Also, prior to testrail 4, you could do a column sort when selecting test cases for a test run. This does not look possible anymore. Is there a way to enable this?

Is there a way with SmartInspect to have SmartInspect field an exception and in addition to logging the exception, also showing a dialog box?  We are coding with C#.  This way we don't need to add multiple lines to our Exception catches in code.

I've used TestRail for a while now and I like it for it simple UI and great speed. One feature that is missing for our teams is that it only allows pushing defects to JIRA and displaying these defect in TestRail, but you don't see this info in JIRA. Competition (QMetry integration is one of the prettiest) is getting ahead of you guys and implementing additional plugins for JIRA that allows creating a Remote Links within JIRA and additionally syncing at predefined time periods.
It would be great to be able to see test case link with it execution status against a defect or story within JIRA.
